Balder Vendt-Striim is co-founder of Vendt-Striim ApS and a certified Enneagram teacher with more than 20 years of experience. He works as a teacher, business consultant and coach. He is co-author of the book Brug dit Enneagram and co-developer of the Enneagram test 360indicator. Together with Mia he founded the company in 2003.
Balder fronts the teaching and the daily contact with companies. He has taught leaders, teams and employees across the Nordics and is known for making the Enneagram concrete and useful from day one: less friction, better communication and stronger results.
